These sessions are not meant to replace medical interventions. If you are in crisis, please seek out a mental health specialist* This service is provided on zoom so that you may access it from the comfort of your home at a time that feels convenient for you. Private sessions cater to your personal needs which can be discussed ahead of time if needed. NO MEDITATION OR BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! Join me for a private session, or a package of three! $40 per session $100 for 3 sessions
